I finally had this problem occur again today! I am running the latest Tumblweed, updated just yesterday. This is the output I get from running `uname -a`: Linux wander.site 3.18.3-2-desktop #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Jan 19 12:38:51 UTC 2015 (c3e148f) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux In order to reproduce the problem, I needed to perfrom a hard reboot of my computer (holding down the power switch). After the reboot, there was no wireless available. I was actually able to fix it by doing the same thing again. It appears as though, when the system is not properly shut down, something with the configuration of the hardward becomes inconsistent and then fails. I am not sure how deterministic this is, as I am somewhat reluctant to try it again in case it would become persistent. Overall though, I have not seen this problem in months under any other circumstances, so if no one else can recreate this, it would be fine to close.
