spec-cleaner replaces Requires: pkg-config by Requires: pkgconfig It is not correct for SUSE spec files. The package was renamed from pkgconfig to pkg-config in 2007 by both upstream and SUSE. The virtual symbol pkgconfig is kept only for compatibility with Fedora (Fedora did never the package rename to the new upstream name).
