Are this kernels referenced by a snapshot?
If yes, it's correct that this kernels don't get deleted, else your snapshot
would become unbootable and useless.

And since you only removed kernels from the current snapshot, but not old
snapshots, I'm pretty sure this is the reason why this kernels don't get
removed.
