I would glad to tell you if I have any. 
But in current situation, It doesn't looks like caused from nautilus inside.
maybe the root cause is outside(eg: harddisk busy for some reason) where I
don't know much about it. Maybe other people could help.
If your problem is possible to be avoid in nautilus (eg: an exception handler),
I must have the necessary conditions to reproduce the problem. After that, we
could discuss about how to debug, because different problems can lead to
different debugging methods.
