I can launch seahorse in XFCE through the whiskermenu. However, seahorse does
not launch through the Cinnamon menu or through "gtk-launch
org.gnome.seahorse.Application.desktop" in a terminal. But, just running the
command "seahorse" through a terminal does launch the application.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch seahorse from Cinnamon menu
Actual Results:  
The application does not launch. But if the application was already launched in
the terminal, the window will be put into focus.

Expected Results:  
The application should launch regardless of the desktop environment.
