Under wlroots-based compositors, QtWebEngine stalls all events until input (keystroke, mouse movement) is received. This breaks e.g. qutebrowser-git-qt6 badly, also affecting things like opening new windows or key repeat. Upstream issue: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-109775
