Those fixes from KDE:Extra are already in 13.2 as well.

But they have been added on Sept. 24th (for 13.1 too), so are not yet in a
package with build date Sept. 17th obviously.

IOW, the fixes are not in 13.2 RC1 yet, but they should be in 13.2 final then.
Please reopen if not.
