Comment # 2 on bug 1181965 from Ancor Gonzalez Sosa

This is a duplicate of bug#1172867

As you can see there, the bug was already fixed so Leap 15.3 should not be
affected. But we don't have any mechanism in openSUSE to update the ISO of an
already released product like 15.2.
