Thank you for the bug report. Updating Tigervnc to 1.9.0 fixed the issue on my machine. Tigervnc 1.9.0 is now packaged in: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/X11:XOrg/tigervnc Please test if it fixes your issue as well.
