I'm uncertain to run zypper dup.  I believe that would update my console
version.

I running "zypper up -l --replacefiles -y" and konsole is not updating.

I have read that I can create an unstable system since I use the packman repo
for multimedia codecs and extensions.

zypper dup --allow-vendor-change ## 1st choice, lots of pkgs changed!
zypper dup --no-allow-vendor-change  ## safer option?!
