It looks as though this has been addressed in mainline via
c61ca5572508516b41039aecb23d936466076950 (v5.7+), which additionally adds a
XATTR_POSIX_ACL_ACCESS/XATTR_POSIX_ACL_DEFAULT/XATTR_SECURITY_PREFIX check
before ignoring vfs_setxattr -EOPNOTSUPP errors.
