systemd-tmpfiles-setup log of a problematic system

the logs of "systemd-tmpfiles --create --remove --boot --exclude-prefix=/dev"
of the problematic system, on which the command does always trace this error
logs and doesn't create the configured paths.
Also reducing the work onto the zabbix config ("systemd-tmpfiles --create
--remove --boot --exclude-prefix=/dev /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/zabbix_agentd.conf")
is not working.
