I believe there is a version problem with perl-TermReadLine-Gnu-1.20 :
* According to the Revision History in
  /usr/share/doc/packages/perl-TermReadLine-Gnu/README
  version 1.20 is aligned with readline-6.1.
* According to
  https://metacpan.org/source/HAYASHI/Term-ReadLine-Gnu-1.36/Changes
  support for readline-7.0-rc2 was added in version 1.27 with full support
  for readline-7.0 in version 1.35.
