This problem is still available with a fresh installed Micro 6.0.

The base url for the main repository is
"http://cdn.opensuse.org/distribution/leap-micro/${releasever}/product/repo/openSUSE-Leap-Micro-${releasever}-$DIST_ARCH"
to get all packages.

It seems that the mirror server does not have the package.
