FYI any project which use Tumbleweed container on GitHub Actions (e.g. snapper [1], LTP [2], iputils [3]) is hit by this issue because GitHub Actions does not allow to use podman [4]. Sometimes it feels like keeping up the CI is harder than the project itself.
