dropbox-servicemenu 0.16.1-2.1 from KDE Extra in openSUSE 13.2 seems broken.

when selecting to copy or move to public folder and write link to clipboard
nothing is moved or copied and the following error message is copied to the
clipboard . . .

"Couldn't get public url: Illegal Argument: The path "/Public/car2.jpg" does
not exist"

generating a public url and then trying to use that URL results in a 403 error
on the dropbox website. 

Selecting to share a folder results in a 403 error on dropbox website.

Reproducible: Always
