Leap 15.3 is EOL and the last version of cri-o was 1.17.3. On 15.4, which is also EOL, cri-o was updated to 1.22. Both kubectl and cri-o have been updated on recent releases and this should not be reproducible since it was fixed in 1.18. If this is still a problem on a supported system, feel free to reopen the issue.
