I've just checked and this is still an issue with Leap at least, and maybe
Tumbleweed too, since neither of:

https://software.opensuse.org/distributions/tumbleweed

contain any links to

https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Most_annoying_bugs

or associated pages.

(Incidentally I also notice that there is a formatting issue with the
Documentation sections of both of the above pages.)
