I believe this may be

and https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=71382 and workaround is this
kernel cmdline option:

    nouveau.config=NvMSI=0

Without it, I get lockups on 6150SE in 32 bit 13.2 and TW as recent as kernel
4.0.5, but not using 3.12.39 on 13.1.
