Zypper uses $PAGER with 'more' as fallback. We won't change this.

The instruction text "Use arrows or pgUp/pgDown keys to scroll the text by
lines or pages." is printed only if the pager is 'less'. With 'more' it would
have been "Use the Enter or Space key to scroll the text by lines or pages." 

It's likely that it was a problem with 'less' itself, fixed by an update.
