Yes, mypaint can be submitted directly from Factory. However, it needs updated
versions of libmypaint and mypaint-brushes both of which are from SLE, but
SUSE:SLE-15-SP2:GA has older versions of both these packages. Without
SLE-15-SP2:GA (and by extension Leap:15.2) getting version 1.5.1 of libmypaint
(currently at 1.4.0) and version 2.0.2 of mypaint-brushes (currently at 1.3.0)
from Factory, I cannot submit mypaint to Leap 15.2: it won't build against
those old versions of its dependencies.
