patch allowing to build gcc33 for Leap 15.0/15.1
gcc33 is missing from devel:gcc Leap 15.0/15.1 probably because the build
process fails.
Here is a patch that make it build with the current compiler.
In some environment libg2c33 and libg2c33-32bit are still needed.
