Could you check whether it's a regression in the update kernel(s) or it's been
broken in all Leap 15.4 kernels?

In anyway, please give hwinfo output from Leap 15.4 kernel.  When TW kernel
works, give the hwinfo output from there, too, in addition to the dmesg outputs
from both cases.
