I have observed a build failure of a program using the plplot libraries. The problem appears to be in the content of pkgconfig/plplot*.pc In leap 15.3 such files contain: libdir=/usr/lib64 drvdir=/usr/lib64/plplot5.15.0/drivers instead in leap 15.4 and tumbleweed such files contain: libdir=lib64 drvdir=lib64/plplot5.15.0/drivers causing the following error during the build process: *** PLPLOT ERROR, ABORTING OPERATION *** plInitDispatchTable: Could not open drivers directory, aborting operation
