Today I have another idea about the cause of the different behavior of the two kernels. My self compiled kernel has brtfs as builtin. The SUSE kernel only as a module. Kernel can not read raid personality, if btrfs is not or too late loaded, because my root fs is btrfs. There are more timing problems in this 4.xx kernel during boot.
