Comment # 17 on bug 1169783 from Keks Dose

I ran into this as well, openSuse TW.

Machine stopped booting for no apparent reason and opened emergency prompt. 

After snapper rollback I locked all plymouth packages and made zypper dup
again. Machine booted. So from my point ov fiew the new plymouth version is
buggy. (Version: 0.9.5+git20191224+d7c737d as announced by DimStar April 16.)
