Comment # 1 on bug 1191461 from Wolfgang Rosenauer

The Tumbleweed version seems to work.
The mercurial package on Leap 15.3 is aggregated from SLE.
So not sure how this is could be handled by us as community.

I assume tiwai is the SLE maintainer.
