I am not able to open the helpcenter from the help menu. If I open it manually
it works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open kmail/dolphin/ksysguard
2. Select help in the menu
3. Press handbook (H�ndbogen in danish as the locale i am using)
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
The helpcenter would open with the handbook for the specific program

I am using danish locale which may have some influence. Nothing is shown in the
journal nor terminal output.
