Could we develop the request a little bit more?

There were an option to assign the hostname a Loopback IP which was requested
to be removed.

So there is no 127.0.0.2 entry anymore with the static hostname.

In an static configuration the host alias for the IP is proposed using the
current hostname.


So, are u proposing to assign the current static hostname to the loopback ip
without the checkbox?
