right?

So, I would like to avoid that we need to fetch updates three times now for
each UI.

My proposal is that we extend the current BNC issue tracker to reacct on all
tags.
However, we can only point to one UI when clicking on a bug. My proposal here
is
bugzilla.opensuse.org as OBS default, but changed to bugzilla.suse.com for
build.suse.de.

Does this sound okay?
