I tried the kernel 4.1.8 and the wifi driver rtl8821ae always presents the same problems. With the kernel of 13.2 (3.16.6-2.1 x86_64) it works perfectly. Now I'll do the test with kernels 4.2 and 4.3 and will let you know the result.
