After zypper dup  from Leap 15.2 to 15.3 I get the following when doing zypper
patch:
patch:SUSE-2021-750-1.noarch conflicts with 'python3-Cython.x86_64 <
0.29.14-4.3.1'

In the meantime I'm updating with zypper up and zypper dup (just to be sure).

The mentioned packagekit stuff is intentionally locked to be not installed. And
was already before the upgrade.
