Comment # 2 on bug 1033024 from Jimmy Berry

Turned out that llvm 4.0 caused the current version of libclc to fail to build.
As such I submitted the libclc update and staged together with llvm 4.0. It has
been accepted and should be in the next Tumbleweed snapshot.
