I am not (yet?) recommending this be reverted, but it an option to consider. It
looks like qtile support will not be quick, as it depends on getting code into,
and release out of pywlroots.

wayfire will also support wlroots 0.15.x if we did revert.

package which probably should be used by python-pywlroots. In case of doubt
please open a bug on bugzilla for discussion."

Creating this bug for more discussion/reference for changes file when updating
the package to use wlroots10.
