Regular 15.4, KDE, pulseaudio. I've not seen any other applications that have
audio problems

lincity-ng crashes because of sound:

It works however when started with "-m" for mute or with the right settings in
userconfig.xml. It will crash immediately when sound is enabled from the
options menu, with the above console output.
