https://jira.suse.com/browse/SLE-12475 "Update golang-packaging to 15.0.12" golang-packaging is updated to 15.0.12 in SLE-15-SP2:GA, but during installation we can only get 15.0.11 from packagehub. The problem is that the Backports project is not updated, so I'm asking to sync golang-packaging from SLE project.
