In Dolphin, pressing F4 normally opens a terminal panel. In Leap 42.3, the panel shortly appears but is immediately closed. When Dolphin is launched from a terminal, stdout shows this line after every attempt to display the panel: ``` Attempted to re-run an already running session. ``` Note that, on the other hand, the "open terminal here" feature, in a new window, works well.
