My comment ^^ abt Nautilus may not be correct.

To test, I've uninstalled GNOME's Nautilus,

rpm -qa | grep -i nautilus
(empty)

but I still get this non-KDE dialog @ "Open File ...".

I'm not sure yet where it'd coming from, other than it's not Dolphin.
