I don't know where you got Midori 7.0 from. Latest version on Leap 15.0 is midori-0.5.11-lp150.1.15.x86_64. I can confirm that with it the URL doesn't cause a crash. However it keeps crashing on random URLs after a little bit of browsing. Considering the timing I suppose you can close this. It would be best to update Midori in the distro to a new version.
