In Bug #1044030 you luckily helped me to update the astyle formatting tool [1]
to version 3.0.1 in Leap 42.3.  Now as Leap 15.0 will appear soon, the package
will be still in the ancient version of 2.05.1 [2].

Was it possible to at least go to version 3.0.1, that there is already in Leap
42.3 and devel:tools > astyle [3]?  The build of that package seems to be
blocked in [3] because of Java 10 errors, that I cannot investigate myself.

Even better would be to update all to version 3.1.0 (Jan 2018), but I was
already happy to avoid the downgrade with the Leap upgrade.
