Yes you should submit updates that address security issues or bugs. Maintenance
would just like to know what exactly the update fixes.  The updates should be
compatible. This may mean a change different from the Factory package.

Can you please summarize the changes in 0.8.3 ... 0.9.3? Anything that the user
needs to be aware of?
