Comment # 1 on bug 929462 from Michel Normand

I am able to recreate the condition of the problem 
* in a ppc64 guest created in a PowerKVM host.
* selecting minimalx as windows manager (not Gnome, neither KDE)
  that installed IceWM.
* after complete install and reboot the IceWM interface is presented
  but the three icons at bottom left are not properly displayed.
  (as reported by above screenshot)
* Could it be related to the last change of imlib2 package ?

* I identified two of the three icon files,
  but seems to be displayed correctly with gthumb. 
  /usr/share/icewm/themes/Infadel2/taskbar/start.xpm
  /usr/share/icewm/themes/Infadel2/taskbar/windows.xpm

I do not know how to continue investigation
