Comment # 3 on bug 1213721 from Filippo Bonazzi

Can you give me the steps to reproduce this on MicroOS? I am not familiar with
kdump, and starting it the naive way (systemctl start kdump) does not do the
right thing SELinux-wise (that's perhaps an issue on its own...).
