krita popup problem

Recent versions of krita (4.1.7) from KDE:Extra repository have a but of
displaying a right-click menu (pop-up palette or whatever it called): it is
only rendered in a small area on top-left corner of workspace, see attached
image.
I'm using openSUSE Leap 15.0.

The problem is only reproducible when using openSUSE packages, appimage
provided by krita.org works correctly. I also checked Krita 4.1.7 on Fedora 28
system, and it also worked with no problem, so it may be a openSUSE-specific
issue.
