ppsspp needs to be rebuilt with latest Stable Sources, and libretro sub-packages defined. The version in OpenSuse is over a year old, and of a git release. In addition, ppsspp generates its own libretro-ppsspp sub-package. This is done by passing certain parameters to the Makefile. An internal build of the latest stable build of ppsspp has been produced, but that does not cover the libretro sub-module.
