YaST is right, the entry for /dev/sda14 is missing in /proc/partitions. Likely this is due to the fact that calling parted for printing the partition table triggers a udev rescan of the complete disk and this can cause partitions to disappear and reappear in /proc/partitions (and /sys/block/...). Maybe scattering more calls to "udevadm settle" can solve the problem but changing parted to not trigger a udev rescan looks like a better way, esp. since the rescan with many disks is also slow.
