Upgrade from kernel 4.12 series to 4.13 apparently brings a new hardware
driver, loaded as peaq_wmi kernel module. It seems it's for specific function
hardware keys
(https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/drivers/platform/x86/peaq-wmi.c)

The issue here is that loading this module causes a constant key press,
preventing me from logging into a VT, and an interruption in hold-key presses.
Also, the touch-pad scroll and tap clicking is somewhat 'laggy'.

The easy workaround is to blacklist the module (which I've already done) but I
decided to report the issue nevertheless.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be sure you have a computer with some PEAQ WMI hardware. My laptop has a
'Cinema' keyboard key, attached separately from main keyboard.
2. Upgrade to latest TW kernel (4.13.1-1).
Actual Results:
Watch out for ^@ characters constantly being 'typed' in VTs. In X session, the
touch-pad will be laggy and hold-key presses will be interrupted.

Expected Results:
No characters being written in VTs, smooth touch-pad and no interruption in
hold-key presses.

Kernel Module: peaq_wmi
