Thanks for reporting.  I cherry-picked the suggested one and the relevant
patches now.

A test kernel is being built in OBS home:tiwai:bnc1022429 repo.  It'll appear
at
  http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/tiwai:/bnc1022429/standard/

Please give it a try later (it takes an hour or so until published).  Once when
you confirm to work, I'll merge the change to SLE12-SP2 / openSUSE-42.2 git
branches.
