This sounds like something to be worked out together with the OBS Team
(Adrian?)
Probably some stale caches; 

I also found various things that are wrongly published on
download.o.o/repositories, which likely help in producing issues such as this
one.

The published things are mainly below openSUSE:Factory:*; where only the
:Update channel is published in a normal way (and possibly :Container);
everything else is pretty much published using totest-manager indirection or
should not be published at all (e.g. Staging:*)
