I changed the brightness and did cat /sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl1/brightness
and /sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl1/actual_brightness

Here the brightness changed when changed the brightness but actual_brightness
is stuck at 311 constantly.

The kernel log also shows that the get brightness routine output is stuck at
invalid values.
